Reference is made to the article titled “Immigration Department’s SKIN system cancelled” which appeared in Business News, The Star Online on 10 December 2018. The Board of Directors of PRESBHD wishes to clarify that as at the date of this announcement, Prestariang SKIN Sdn Bhd (“PSKIN”) is not in default of the Concession Agreement (“CA”) and has not received any notice of default from the Government of Malaysia (“GOM”). In relation thereto, PSKIN will seek clarification from the GOM on this matter and will make the necessary announcement once there is any update in relation to the above.
