- TERMINATION OF SALE AND PURCHASE OF SHARES AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF ORDINARY SHARES IN PRESTARIANG ACADEMY SDN. BHD. (FORMERLY KNOWN AS TIME OUT SKILLS ACADEMY SDN. BHD.)

With reference to the announcements made on 1 April 2014 and 2 April 2014 in relation to the termination of Sale and Purchase of Shares Agreement for the Acquisition of Ordinary Shares in Prestariang Academy Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Time Out Skills Academy Sdn. Bhd.) by Prestariang's wholly owned subsidiary, Prestariang O&G Sdn. Bhd., the Company wishes to inform that the Court had on 1 December 2014 granted a winding up order to wind up Prestariang Academy Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Time Out Skills Academy Sdn. Bhd.).

The Company wishes to reiterate that Prestariang Academy Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Time Out Skills Academy Sdn. Bhd.) is not a related company to the Company and group of companies.
